We ship all orders in heavy-duty corrugated cardboard boxes using dry ice and insulated packaging to ensure all perishable items are received in pristine condition.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the box when it is delivered. Please remove from the box and place the frozen items in your freezer immediately upon arrival.
We guarantee our meat products to arrive frozen (occasionally, some thawing may be present, however, as long as the packages are still very cold – <40 degrees F it is still fine). As long as your package is delivered as scheduled by the shipper and received by you directly, we take full responsibility for the product; however, if you do not receive the product directly from the delivery person and the product sits outside in the heat, we cannot take responsibility for the product.
Perishable shipments are unfortunately not insurable. We have very seldom had problems with shipment, but it can occur regardless of what shipper or shipping method we use. Please be available for your shipment so that you receive your items in the condition that was expected.
All orders placed after Wednesday at 1pm EST. will be shipped the following Monday.
