On the Stove:

For a quick and easy preparation, heat some oil in a pan and add the sausages. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes on each side until they are fully browned and cooked through. Once cooked, remove the sausages from the pan and place them on kitchen paper to absorb any excess oil.

On the Grill:

For grilling perfection, we recommend poaching the sausages first. Simply cover them in cold water in a pot and gradually bring them up to 150°F. This technique ensures even cooking from edge to edge. After poaching, grill slowly on the cooler side of the grill, then transfer to a hotter area to achieve a crispy, charred exterior. Don't worry if a little ripping occurs on the skin; the interior is already cooked, keeping the delicious juices intact.
