Each sausage weighs approximately 2 oz., making them a substantial option for any meal. Available in both case and pack options to suit your needs, these jumbo sausages are sure to become a staple in your kitchen.
Sold individually or by the case (12 Units per Case/ 1lb Each).
To cook on the stove, simply place the sausages in a pre-heated skillet with your choice of cooking oil or butter. Turn them regularly until they achieve a golden brown color on all sides. The approximate cooking time is just 5 minutes.
On the Grill:
For grilling, we recommend poaching the sausages first. Start by covering them in cold water in a pot on the stove and slowly bringing the temperature up to 150°F in their water bath. This method ensures even cooking from edge to edge. Once poached, grill them slowly on the cooler side of the grill, then transfer to a hotter area to achieve that perfect crisp, charred exterior. It's normal for a minimal amount of ripping to occur on the skin during this transfer, but rest assured, the interior remains perfectly cooked, with the protein matrix retaining all the delicious fat and juices.
